As I’m separating the laundry, Winter decides to lay down in the pile of colored clothes. I assume he’s gonna move when he gets hit with the clothing but he just sits there.. Needless to say, he ended up buried in a mountain of clothes!

BTW those are my lovely panties around his head!

Seamus is about 5 months old and we really don’t know what breed he is, but at 43 pounds we know it’s BIG. This is one of the OLD patio furniture cushions that we decided to put down as outdoor doggie beds when we replaced them. Clearly this was not a good move. Fortunately the actual patio furniture is covered when not in use, as demonstrated by Seamus and Darby in the third photo. Seamus has only destroyed books and magazines inside, he leaves the indoor beds alone. Between him and our other three dogs I’m certain this won’t be my last submission to SMPR.

Oodie the Alexandrine parakeet. He’s about 8mths old here…the forbidden stuff is always the crunchiest….they never tire of it, I’m looking forward to decades of ruined stuff.

This Victorian table came from my grandmother’s house and has sat in our foyer for nearly 20 years. It had survived a flood and a fire in the past, but these forces of nature were no match for one 17-pound orange and white cat. We keep our keys in the bowl next to the door, and this big guy would often run and jump on the table if he saw us getting ready to leave the house. This time he got up a little too much momentum and there went the table crashing to the floor. One leg is broken off, and everything on top went flying. Fortunately the candles were not lit and no one was injured. Grandma would not be pleased that one of her great-grandcats trashed her table, but I still love them anyway!
